Our Story
Hindsight was founded by practising UK GPs who knew the routine all too well: a full day of clinics, then an evening spent wrestling a portfolio into shape before an appraisal. CPD logs left until the last minute, reflections written at midnight, significant events reconstructed from memory weeks after they happened.
The existing tools weren't built for how doctors actually work. They were filing cabinets, not assistants. So we built the tool we wished we had — one that integrates AI from the ground up to turn a few honest notes into a well-structured, GMC-aligned entry in minutes, not hours.
